Remove payoneer account

Hi

I recently added a payoneer to my upwork account and now i can't accept any job because i won't get paid, i have email customer care so many times and no one remove it. can someone who work with upwork remove it please so I can start a job?

Please contact the Payoneer support team to disassociate your Upwork account from your Payonieer account. Once this is completed, please reach back out to us so that we can remove your Payoneer account from your Upwork account.
