Reopen closed dispute for client

I'm new on upwork and I didn't know about the process of dispute accept or reject in 3 days. So that why I missed that timeline and money refunded to the client but I didn't want that because the client was wrong. What should I do now?

Don't worry about this!

 

There is no dishonor in making a mistake.

 

You missed the timeline. The client got what she wanted.

The client is done with this.
Upwork is done with this.

You are done with this.

 

Next time, try to avoid the situation that led to the dispute. And if you end up in a dispute, then be sure to reply within the designated time.

 

NOBODY HERE is saying that the client in this situation was right. The client may have been 100% wrong, and may even be a horrible person. I don't know one way or another. But the client played by Upwork's rules. Nothing you can do now.
