Hi, can somebody advise how to report an abusive client . Who uses very abusive words during communication

You are not giving us much information.

You can report abusive client behavior.

But you don't have to report it.

You can handle it yourself. You can choose:

- Close the contract; don't tell the client why

- Close the contract: tell the client why

- Don't close the contract; ask the client to not use that kind of language

- Don't close the contract: ignore the bad bahavior

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please check this help article for more information on how to use the flag option to report any inappropriate content. If needed, please keep in mind you can block the client from sending you any further messages. There are multiple ways to block a user but the easiest way is to access a room with that user, click on their profile icon, then select Block. That said, please note that you cannot block a user with whom you have an active contract.
