Hi,
I recently joined Upwork, and during the process to add my checking account as method of payment, I received a message saying there was an error because my name didn't match the name on the checking account.
As I typically go by Jon and not Jonathan, I assumed this was the issue. However, when I changed my profile name to Jonathan so the names would match, and re-connected my bank account, the issue persisted. Can someone help me troubleshoot?
