   my account has been put on hold. I pray, you remove the hold please.

     My account has been put on hold. I have repeatedly requested to remove the hold but of no avail. I have gone through the identy verification process. But hold is still there. Please help

Because you changed your name to a totally different name than what was on the account. lol
