I have already completed my contract, I see the money in escrow, but I am unable to request it. The request payment button is unavailable

Has the client released it from Escrow?
Did you request payment via the "submit work and request payment" function on the contract?
Where on your Reports > Overview page do you see the funds?

Hi Charles, You can ask client to end that job and deliver him your work on your chat.

Hi Charles,
I checked your account and see that the client has already paid the previous milestone that was created. The Submit Work and Request Payment button is not showing because there is no new milestone created yet. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you!
