I am trying to set up my payment method, however my public name (Maggie) is a variation of my legal name (Margaret) so my method has been deactivated. I've used "Maggie" all my life and am most easily recognized by it, only using my full name for bank information, etc. After reading all of the information Upwork has on their site, the only way I've been able to find to submit a manual name review request is here. Would someone please contact me concerning this?

You must use your real, verifiable name according to Upwork's Terms of Service and this will require ID verification. To change your name go to the Accounts menu > Settings > Click "My Info" to edit your name.
