I underwent a legal name change and my bank account is under my current middle name which used to be my first name. Now my account is having an issue because my account is under a name different from my verified name. I can provide documentation but have no way of getting in touch with a human other than writting in a forum. Upwork has some bad customer service, not getting off on the correct foot with me as a new user. I hope someone can resolve my problem.
