Requesting for a Manual Name Review

I was trying to request for a manual name review, but the Get Help app is only redirecting me to the forums and not processing my request. How do you fill up a request ticket for a manual name review?

Hi Aga,

Please change your name on your profile or by going to Settings > My Info and a request will be created for our team. I would also advise you to update your profile image and upload one of yourself as using this type of images is not allowed. Thank you!
