Requirement: English Level: Fluent

Hello,

I do not understand why I get this message when I start a proposal: The client will see this proposal does not meet the following requirement: English Level: Fluent.

I do not see where to fix that, I am fluent in English.  I do not understand where from the system gets that information to tell this.

I will appreciate your help since without fixing this issue I am in disadvantage when sending proposals to translate from English to Spanish.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, you are right, I have chosen "English,"  "English to Spanish Translation," and "Spanish," on my profile as skills I have trying to solve this situation, but the problem persists.

Go to the lower right section of your profile and you'll see "Languages" and the languages you've told Upwork you speak. Click on the little pencil next to a language and adjust your fluency from the dropdown list that comes up.
