Resend Testimonial Request

I have requested a testimonial from a non-Upwork client. He has asked me to resend the request (apparently he cannot find it in his Inbox.) I don't see any way to resend the request. How do I do this?

Same problem with me. The non-UpWork client didn't receive the first testimony request and I cannot send it again. Please guide.

I just recogised that I can message you here.

I am in the thread addressing the issue for resending a testimonial request to a client

who says he has not seen the message sent by Upwork.

Do you need his name? from me?

What do you need to assist me with this issue?

I messaged another community support person about a week ago

and they never replied.

Meanwhile, my client is searching his junk mail each day!

I am having troubles getting a testimonial from a former client of mine that is not through Upwork. I sent her a testimonial request but she accidentally deleted it and now I can't send her a new one. Can a new request be sent to her? Thanks.

I have the same issue...my client who is not on Upwork did not see Upwork's invitation to write a testimonial for me. He is asking me to resend it, but I do not see how to do so.

My client states he has not received the testimonial request. I assume that the testimonial link request went to his spambox.

Please know that your client was able to leave a testimonial for you. It's showing that the link has expired because they have already left a testimonial. It's already in the team's queue for their review.

Thank you for your message. Could ask the client to search for the words โ€œhas requested a referenceโ€ in their inbox to see if it went to their junk/spam folder?

I had the same problem. Then my client asked me to tell the subject of the email. Once I sent the subject, client had found the mail and send me testimonial. I guess it went in the spam folder.

I have the same issue. I have three people who did not receive the request and I cannot figure out how to resend without starting over with all the info. There must be an easier way.
