Resetting a timed test

Hello!

I am new to Upwork. I sent a proposal for a job and was asked to take a test. I checked to see if the test is timed, and it is. Although I never started the test, when I returned to the page at a time I knew I could dedicate to it, it now says I timed out and can't take it for 90 days.

Is there another way to reset this?
