i have passed upwork Readiness Test, but i didn't get the rising talent badge till now, Can i know the reason?

Hello, I have passed Upwork Readiness Test too,  but I didn't get the rising talent badge.  I also worked on the project, and got a positive feedback. Can I now the reason why  I didn't get badge yet?
