Rising Talent Badge

hello,
today my profile has been verified by video chat. I am a New Freelancers on upwork. as I see most of the client want rising talent or job success Badge holder to apply for their job. I complete my profile 100% and I Pass the Upwork Readiness Test which is not provided by a link in the email invitation. I  take 1 minute for readiness test to complete.
so can I get the Rising Talent Badge or What should I do to get Badge?
