Hello! I want the rising talent badge. what are the steps to obtaining the rising talent badge? I am very curious if the rising talent badge is important to appear in search results. 

I'd appreciate insights on this.

The Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer is or isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification letting you know.

The Rising Talent badge is an opportunity to highlight new freelancers who have displayed great work through their skills and experience. It gives new freelancers an edge when clients search for freelancers for their project.
