I joined Upwork today. It's really nice platform and I need help exploring it. I want to work hard and be a part of this family. Can anyone please help me how I can join "Rising Talent"? How can I improve my profile to achieve that?

Hey Srivagya,

To have a Rising Talent badge you need to be a rising talent.

While some freelancers get this without any job completed, in most cases one needs to have a work history with great feedback to be included in this.

I would recommend rewriting your overview. "Thanks for visiting my profile." is not the most professional approach to work, neither is "Feel free contacting us to taste my service!" who is "us" by the way? Proofread your "Other Experiences" part as well, though I think this info should find its place in your overview not in this section.

Add more portfolio items, take relevant tests.

Find jobs that are a great fit to your skills, write an exciting cover letter, with work samples, making the client feel you got their needs.

Once you are awarded a job, make sure to complete it successfully.
