Does anyone have a sample contract with terms and conditions that you could share? I need my legal team to look over the contract before I can hire anyone through UpWork.

Aside from Upwork's default contract, Upwork also allows freelancers and clients to agree to ANY OTHER alternative contract that they arrange between themsevles.

But Upwork does not provide alternative contracts. You and your organization would come up with those yourself.
