There are scams posted every day, unfortunately - good on you for not falling for this. Just flag the job as "inappropriate" and Upwork will take it down and refund your connects.

Thank you for reporting this. I checked the job you are referring to and it has already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork ToS and action has been taken on the client account.
