School not listed - existing topics unhelpful

I am at the stage where I need to complete details about my education.

I have GCSEs and A-Levels, as well as several courses I completed towards my field when I was employed, but I do not have a university education in the UK and so the drop-down does not recognise either the college or training provider I did these qualifications under.

Any suggestions?

No suggestions, just an unrelated one: you need to put your prices into USD, since many clients will be from the US, and they will very much appreciate if you do currency conversion for them. Plus, all numbers upwork deals with are in USD.

You can add your education even if the school or training provider isn't listed. You can check this screenshot for reference. Could you please let us know if you're having any issues by doing so?

Hello! I am having a similar issue. I am using the mobile app and I am not able to search or leave any entry in the education box for schools.

Thank you for sharing your concern. Could you please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? If the issue persists, please share with us a screenshot of the issue or error you are getting.
