Security fee

I am a new freelancer and I just landed a new job. I am quite confused because the owner of the project asked me to forward an email to an external address seeking further assistance on the job. 

On doing so, I get a response containing a contract that requires me to pay a security fee so that I can show my seriousness on the project. Kindly what should I do?

Use the "Flag as inappropriate" link button on the job posting page to report this. Then you are done with them.
