I've been in the IT field for many years and have been using Upwork for over a year. While I initially tackled it lightly, I've accumulated extensive experience in digital marketing over the last seven years. I have founded a small agency and currently lead a team of 5-7 outstanding professionals.
From website building to all-inclusive digital marketing solutions, including graphic design, my experience spans a broad spectrum of services. Even though I've been successfully managing many offline projects, I'm having trouble on Upwork.
My primary reason for sharing this is to seek your opinion and support in getting new projects. I carefully optimized my profile and even included trial services in my pitches. Despite my efforts and monthly connections, I have yet to secure a single project. I'm at a loss for where things might be going wrong.
I am dedicated to my job and aim for high-quality results. I respectfully ask the Upwork community for advice and assistance in growing my business.
