Service Agreements

Hello, I am new to Upwork and would love some guidance on how to confirm an agreement is in place before I accept a proposal. I have my own contracts that I use that have all the language I need, do I need it approved by Upwork before it's sent to a client? Does Upwork have their own agreements we are required to use? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Upwork -> My Jobs -> My Jobs

Is there a contract listed there?

Yes? You have been hired. You may work on the project.

No? Then there is no contract, and you should not work for the project.
