Hi, I am new to Upwork. How much is usually the service fee? I am just wondering with my minimal earnings of $5 per hour, my service fee every week ranges from $15-$16. Is that how much you get for the service fee? Thank you.

Hi Junace,

You will be charged 20% service fee of your earnings until you have earned $500 with your client. Once you have earned more than $500 for one client, the service fee is reduced to 10%.
