Service Terms - Outside Business Relationship beyound initial service request

Part of my business model is offering web hosting, maintenance, and other services such as Webdesign, Ongoing Search Engine Optimization, and Management, past the initial job. So if a proposal says that they are looking for this services in addition to the initial request, that would take us outside of the UpWork payment environment as they would have to be a registered client on my hosting network. As long as this is not the initial requested service does this violate the user terms of service agreement. As the initial job will still be through UpWork, and Completed there.

You can open a ticket to our customer support and describe a scenario in details, our team will review it and we will be able to advice you accordingly.
Gettings paid or offering to get paid outside of Upwork, is a violation on our TOS.
