Its been a month since I got my first upwork project and couples of more projects completed in first month. So far I've worked on fixed price projects. I don't have much upwork work history since I am new on upwork but I do have outside work experience with skills.
I increased my hourly rate and then I have obsevered that now I am getting less responses eventhough I am not aplying blindly and only consider those jobs which match my skills. So should I stick with my rate and believe in quaility of work rather than bidding for lower rates? Is lowering my rate will make my hiring chances higher or even more harder with potential clients.
