Setting up LLC, but have pending payments

Hello! I am in the process of forming my LLC. Waiting for the paperwork to go through locally and then will create my government EIN. But I am still working on projects and I just want to make sure that those pending amounts will not expire anytime soon. I'd prefer to get my LLC set up completely before withdrawing anything from UpWork.

Hi Erica,

Your pending amounts will not expire. Pending funds are currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal on the date shown under the date details. Once you have Available funds you will need to set up one of our Get Paid Options to be able to withdraw your funds. I hope it helps!
