If you're referring to setting up a withdrawal method that would enable you to transfer your earnings from your Freelancer profile to your bank account, please check this Help article and consider setting up 
Direct to Local Bank (receiving funds in your local currency) or Wire Transfer option (receiving funds in USD on a foreign currency bank account). Feel free to follow up afterwards if you have any questions or advice.
