Setting up my profile

Hi,

I'm a freelance translator. I want to set my pay to "by the word" but upwork only offers an hourly option.  What do I do?

Hi Matt,

You will need to add an hourly rate to your profile. However, you can state your rate per word in your profile overview and bid on fixed-price contracts.
