Setting up new account.

I'm trying to setup a new account, however, when I'm trying to verify my phone number it's telling me that it's already being used by another account. 

So I'm not quite sure how to proceed.

Thanks for reaching out. Please know that freelancers are not allowed to have multiple accounts, and it is a violation of Upwork ToS. You are only allowed to have one account. Could you please share with me more information via PM by clicking on my name so I can assist you?
