Share Email address with client

I am alerady hired by client on project at previous day. Now client ask my email for share files. Can I share my email address to client.

Suppose if not share than how can I get share files from client. These all videos files (quantity lot)

Acctully I seen popup when I posted my email address in upwork message box. is it safe to share email address to client?. Client already hired me on project.
