Showing "You don’t have enough Connects to submit this proposal."

My account is old but I have started work recently, while going to submit it shows "You don’t have enough Connects to submit this proposal". I have select Basic at the time of updating Profile. Can any one suggest me how can I bit for work?

You need to buy connects.  If you look at the job in the upper right hand corner (on the website anyway) you will see this:

The number of Available connects you have is probably 0.

You need to buy connects:

Connects cost $0.15 (USD) each and are sold in bundles of 10, 20, 40, 60, and 80. To purchase additional Connects:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Memberships & Connects
3. Click Add More Connects

The costs $0.15 per connect and you have to buy at least 10 ($1.50).

there is no title in my profile settings about membership and connects. And I can’t pay for connects

Hi Anahit,

Please log into your account through a computer or laptop in order to be able to purchase connects, as this feature is still not available for Mobile App.
