Site is not 'recognizing' my home or mailing address in South Dakota

I need a phone number for Support or a way to submit a question. I've been trying to submit my profile to start the process to become part of Upwork freelancers but the website doesn't apparently recognize where I live in rural South Dakota. How I can  convince the website that my mailing address exists so it will accept my profile submission?

Could you please start entering your address in the "Start typing your address" field to see if the issue persists? Let us know if this resolves the issue.

I appreciate your response. I've tried that several times now. Same page reloaded; signing out and trying again. Each time I also tried to 'add address manually.' But each time, it gave me a drop down with 5 or 6 other 'Webster' choices none are even close to South Dakota. A colleague just made me aware of your site and I am very interested. But it needs to first recognize my neighborhood in South Dakota.

Ok....I did it again and it did take me in this time. But the site immediately asked me to upgrade to $10 per month - which I did even without more info or demonstrated access to jobs. What I also don't understand is that when I sent in the application, it indicated it would be reviewed and I'd be advised if I was accepted. And if I've been accepted, I could surely use some additional feedback on finding gigs.
