Skill test result not showing in profile

Dear upwork community,

I sat for a test. English spelling US version. Test result not showing in my profile. Please note that when I was trying to submit the result it throws an unexpected error. Then I go back to previuos page by pressing back button in browser i saw my score 4.75. I then again press button "end test" it redirect to a page 404 error not found page .Please tell me what should I do? It will be a very helpful.
