How to add new skill while filling resume? I suggested th one I need and upwork approved it but now I still can't use it for my profile.

Hi Dylan,

Thanks for reaching out to us. In order to submit your profile please go to your Create Profile page and make sure you fill all the fields there: title, overview, hourly rate, address, etc. Then you'll be able to click Review Application and submit your profile for a review.
