The person I contracted for some Twitch overlays seemed to have completed the work. He sent me images of the work and it looked good. I approved what he did, and then paid the contract. The items he sent didn't work at all. Sizes were wrong, transparencies weren't there, etc. They also didn't send everything that was agreed on.
Now he has stopped responding to my requests for a status of the corrections. Any idea what I can do? Or do I have to chalk this up as an expensive learning experience?
