Social Media for Finished Profile?

I am trying to finish my profile and thought perhaps I can make a LinkedIn account to add but that doesn't seem to be an option. I don't have any accounts with the available options and I wouldn't use them if I did. I am not quite sure why this is a requirement to have a finished profile and the help section didn't help much (just told me how not why) can anyone explain? Thanks 🙂

I don't think it's required; I think it's one of a number of things you can do to complete your profile. I'm pretty sure I don't have a link to any SM and my profile is complete.

Hi Jessamy,

Social accounts aren’t required to have a 100% completed profile. Completing other sections will also allow freelancers to achieve 100% complete profiles as you can see in this help article.
