Software and Newbie Questions

I am curious how everyone is managing multiple software subscriptions:

1.  Should the hourly rate increase to provide a service utilizing a specific software?
2.  Does the client ever provide the software they require for their project?
3.  It is possible to operate as a sole proprietor LLC on Upwork so it could be a business expense?
