Someone unauthroised post a job about my company.

Hi all,

Today, I received an email from upwork and they asked me to verify the email for registration (I never registered at Upwork). Then I went to upwork.com and "Forgot password" to reset the password. and then verify the email.
Since then, I have been receiving strange phone calls and emails about updating the websites from some freelancers.
I said No to the first three and I completely felt off about what is going on.
I then replied to one of the emails asking where did he see my post. And then he gave me this link:

And the person who posted is in Russia (And we are based in the UK)

I would like to report such issue and person behind the actions and solve this problem ASAP.
