Sorry, something went wrong

I signed up yesterday and been trying since yesterday to view freelancers profiles as i need to hire one. I keep getting a message 'The profile is no longer available' or 'sorry, something went wrong'. 

when i contact contact centre, i get nothing to resolve the issue.
