I have got a few burning questions, and not getting any luck contacting Upwork. Here are my questions:

Do I've to do a background check

Account is been opened for a few days. I'd like to watch a video or have someone show me how things work. Is there a different way of doing things around here?

I tried buying connections but it never works. Money isn't taken out of my account. How do I fix this?

I'd invite for an interview, the proposal requirements didn't make sense to me. How do I handle this?
