Started as a video editor

Hello Everyone

 I have started freelancing as a video editor but Im finding so much difficulty getting clients I don't know What I'm doing wrong I got proposal views and one or two clients also messaged me but one is unresponsive and the other got the man to work. Another problem Im facing is my connects finishes in just a week and Now I'm unable to send proposals for the whole month.
