I started my Upwork account as freelance when it should be Client. Can my email be freed up to start over. I will be working with the **edited for Community Guidelines** group.

It's not necessary to start over. Upwork provides the ability to work as both a client and a freelancer from the same account.
Just go into Settings, then My Teams, click on "New Account", and select "New Client Account." Once you have your client account setup, you can switch back and forth using the Account menu as needed.
