Still Service fees showing 20%

Hi ,

I am new to upwork working from 2 weeks earned more than 500$  but still when i applying still showing 20% as service fees instead of 10%.

as a upwork term still $500 its is 20% commition but dont know why it is showing like this.

20% fee will apply to your first $500.

Anything above $500 will be applied with 10% fee.

Anything above $10,000 will be applied with 5% fee.

So, let's say you earn $700 working for one client, total fee will be:

$500 x 20% = $100

$200x 10% = $20

In the end, you take: $580 (minus transfer charge if any)

*Please be noted that $500 threhold is per client, meaning if you earn another $500 from a different client, the fee for that $500 is still 20%.
