Still no email message received from Upwork regarding my application.

I've already filled up my Upwork application and expecting to receive an email about it within 24 hours. As it turns out, I still haven't received any messages and it's been a week. I hope this will be sorted out the soonest.

Hi Diana,

 

If you would like to work as an independent freelancer the agency owner will need to change your status to Non-exclusive member as well.

As an exclusive member, you can only work on projects under the agency. If you have any additional questions let me know. Thank you.
