Submit Proposal not loading

I submitted a proposal successfully yesterday and a few days ago, but today Icannot submit. The job page reloads when I click on submit my proposal. I can't access the proposal page. 

When I click on the submit a proposal button, it takes me back to the jobs page.  I tried several proposals to make sure it wasn't just the job I was looking at...none are working. 

I hope tis problem can be fixed fast.

Hi Daniela,

Could you please try submitting a proposal again? It should work now but let me know if it still doesn't.
