Submit proposal - then what?

Does anyone know why this is happening -- I submitted six proposals but after a day, my "submitted proposals" totals only four.  I haven't been contacted by anyone.  Does this mean that the two are being reviewed or processed somehow?  It seems like they would just go from one queue to another (ie. go from "submitted proposals" to " under review" or "recieved", etc.).  TIA.

 and then to "archived". Have you looked there?
