Submit work using my branded template?

Hi,

I have my own LLC for my freelance copywriting business. When I submit work to my clients, I use a simple branded Word template that has my company name and logo in the footer. I just started taking projects in Upwork so I'm wondering if I should continue to use my branded template when I upload completed files? Or is it better to submit work in a plain Word doc (unless of course, the client has specific requests for a different output)?

Upwork doesn't have any rules about this.

It is up to you of course.

Any reports I write are submitted on a branded template.  I usually send them in a word doc, although in some cases they are sent via pdf.

I'm a consulting business and this is how I give reports my local clients.  I don't find Upwork any different.
