Hi everyone, Since I joined Upwork, I can't get to submit a proposal for any job. I keep getting a message saying, "This link is expired, contact customer support." How can I resolve it?

I need help in removing the hold on my account. Can verification be done via video call to make it easier? It seems like the system is failing to verify my ID since I'm of dark complexion.
