If I send a proposal, will I know when the prospect reads it? Also, if I revise the pricing acter I send a proposal but before the prospect reads it, will the prospect know I revised it?
You have no way of knowing when or if the client reads your proposal unless she contacts you. In approximately 33 months here, I think I've heard from two (maybe three) clients letting me know they appreciated my proposal but were going a different way. Submit it and forget it.
