Suffering to get a new Job even after 40+ custom tailored proposals

I have recently made my account 2 weeks ago and thanks to upwork. I landed a couple of jobs and made a 100+ $ mark bu bow I am not able to get any jobs so far I have submitted 40+ custom tailored proposals but none of them seem to reply me. My review for a 70$ project is so great that if I client reads that he/she is gonna hire me, but still I am suffering to land any other job, I don't know why I am not resulting under the best match of a client..... Even after I am applying to similar jobs... Please help!!

Finding work on Upwork is tough and it is going to stay that way until you have a serious, long track record of success and honestly once it becomes easy I would raise your rate until it becomes hard again.

Wow - I didn't know that fixed price jobs for 1 USD are even allowed. Thing is, extremely low paying jobs that are private, glowing feedback as if you worked for weeks for this client, while based on your hourly rate that time would have been only a little over a minute - are not the best trust-building exercises, if you know what I mean. 

Your hourly rate is overly ambitious and tells me you did not research your competition.
